Look. I’ve lost 13 lbs. I’ve lost a bowling ball. A Thanksgiving Turkey.
I still eat cake, pasta, whatever I want. I just eat less of it.
I don’t exercise yet (but I probably should).
I’m just really proud of getting closer to my goal.
